Welcome to RECEIPTIFIED (“we,” “us,” or “our”), also operating as Verified Ventures. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://thereceiptified.com and any related services, including our receipt-generation platform, membership plans, and Private Bot offering (together, the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll post updates here with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
RECEIPTIFIED provides a receipt template design and documentation tool. Our service is intended for the following lawful purposes:
Users acknowledge that receipts generated through our platform are NOT official retailer documents and are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any retailer whose format may be referenced in our templates. Any resemblance to actual retailer receipts is for template accuracy purposes only.
The use of generated documents for fraud, misrepresentation, counterfeit authentication, or any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
We offer three paid membership tiers:
All fees are charged in advance on a non-refundable basis, except as provided below.
We encourage all customers to use the free trial before purchasing, so you can confirm the platform is the right fit. Because our Services include SaaS access and digital content that cannot be returned once accessed, refunds are only available in limited cases where the service has not been used.
To be eligible for a refund, your account must show no use of paid membership benefits, including all of the following:
If any paid membership benefit has been accessed or used, the service is considered used and the purchase becomes non-refundable.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account details. If your request is within the applicable timeframe and your account meets all eligibility criteria above, we will process the refund. Once the refund window has closed, or any paid benefit has been used, all sales are final.
Our "Private Bot" allows you to invite a white-label version of our bot to your Discord server:
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer ("chargeback"), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
We employ Stripe Radar, Chargeblast, 3D Secure, AVS/CVC verification, and manual review to detect and prevent unauthorized transactions.
Any disputes found to be fraudulent or without merit may be referred for investigation.

Violation of this section will result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.
All content, code, trademarks, and materials on thereceiptified.com are owned by us or our licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and at our sole discretion. Violation of these Terms, particularly the rules outlined in Section 8 (User Conduct), will result in the guaranteed termination of your account. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services; any outstanding fees remain payable and refund eligibility is governed by Section 5.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
These Terms and any disputes arising under them will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
RECEIPTIFIED is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with any retailer, brand, or marketplace whose receipt format appears in our template library. All retailer names, logos, and trade dress are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for template reference purposes.
